Great portable unit! October 22, 2009 Jeffrey A. Vanderhoff I loved this PDA! It has a 4 gig hard drive, which is awesome, and it holds so much information. The touch screen responds well, the wifi picks up as good as my laptop, and when I set it up with the bluetooth keyboard it is ALMOST like having my own little netbook. I say almost, because obviously the screen size is small, and not everything fits well onto such a small screen. But I am able to check email, surf the web, and stay up to date on sports, news, etc. I also like the MP3 player and the voice recorder. My only issue with this is a short lifespan. I have had 2 of these, and both of them lasted about a year before they crashed. One was still under warranty so I got it replaced, and then the next one crashed a little over a year later. I wish this unit lasted longer, because I loved it. But now I have upgraded to a Palm Treo, and have been happy with it.

The purchasing process via Amazon was very good. The item was very conservated, like a brand new, and working well.
Great Device February 14, 2009 Michael J. David-wilson (New Jersey) I made this purchase to replace the three year old Life Drive I've been using. I love the device, but unfortunately the one I received was defective and no more items were in stock. Trendsavvy was quick to send me a refund; including my shipping cost. I'd recommend this seller.
LifeDrive January 26, 2009 Sweet Spirit (Phila., PA) This is my second LifeDrive. I've had other Palm PDAs but this is the greatest! It has a 4 GB hard dive and you can add expansion cards and Avanquest and it is a portable computer. There is loads of software for free and to purchase. With WiFi you can pick up signals all over the place.
portable PDA December 24, 2008 Thomas Bangash (Manhattan, New York City, USA) i have owned this unit for almost 3 years now, and I love it beyond estimation. i admit, i do not use it that often any longer as I used to in the begining, but I do still use it from time to other. the reason for not using it that often has no relation to the performance of the unit itself, but more because I have 3 Smartphones (Blackberry, IPhone and PPC) attached to my belt at all times, so there is seldom any space left to attach my Life drive to.
the unit itself has certain drawbacks, but then again, everything does. In the beginning, when I acquired it, it was primarily due to the size of the harddisk (4GB) which was a great improvement to my HPC with only 128MB shared memory. the palm unots does have a drawbwck in terms of software compatibility and availability, but not to the extend that it can't be overlooked.
as it is at the present, I use it for primarily infield presentations to clients, as the Bluetooth and WiFi makes it easy for me to distribute files over a LAN.
the idea at the time to use it as a portable Entertainment unit was appealing too, as beside the HDD it had the opertunity to insert SD Memory cards too, which were a bit more expensive back then compared to now a days. but ever since My wife got me the IPOD Classic 160GB, the appeal for the Life drive as an entertainment unit has declined.
but as a closing remark, just because I don't use the unit that often any longer doesn't mean that I don't love to use it when it does get its turn.
